Level 1: Introduction to Water Skills
For the beginner swimmer who is comfortable in the water - recommended for ages 5+. Basic aquatic skills learned:
- Entering and exiting water
- Bobbing and blowing bubbles
- Supported front and back floating
- Supported rolling over from front to back and back to front
- Supported gliding
- Supported flutter kick
