Level 1: Introduction to Basic Aquatic Skills
This level is recommended for preschoolers (ages 4-5) with no prerequisites to introduce basic skills to help them learn how to be safe around water. Skills taught:
- Entering and exiting water
- Bobbing and blowing bubbles
- Supported front and back floating
- Supported rolling over from front to back and back to front
- Supported gliding
- Supported flutter kick
