Level 2: Fundamental Aquatic Skills
Swimmers should already be able to independently enter the water, travel for 5 yards by walking, move along the gutter, put their head underwater, and exit the pool. Skills learned:
- Glide and float without support and recover to a vertical position
- Develop simultaneous and alternating arm and leg action on both front and back
- Laying foundation for future strokes
